Our Owner Operator PLT’s are out for 3 to 14 days per trip, need to be prepared to go for the 14 days.
Running 75% Canada – All of Canada, including Newfoundland; Running 25% US – MS, ND, IL, IN, OH, PA, NY, MA, NC, SC, KY, TX

Paid to the truck, on all miles driven by truck Loaded Empty – We pay by HUB Miles meaning all miles driven as per your odometer,

Starting Rate $1.65/mile $1.65/mile

after 1 year of continued employment $1.66/mile $1.66/mile

after 2 years of continued employment $1.68/mile $1.68/mile

after 5 years of continued employment $1.70/mile $1.70/mile

Safety and Performance Bonus: $0.04/mile calculated 4 times per year based on safety and performance.

Weekend Departure Before 1pm: Saturday: $128.00 Sunday: $102.00

BC Premium: $0.03/mile on all BC dispatched miles

Short Haul Bonus: any trip under 1100 miles will be paid an additional $75.00

All Pick Ups and Deliveries: $27.00 each Dual Temp: $40.00 each (including dual temps)





Canada – US Border Crossings: $50.00 each way

Double Reefer Alarm Check: $30.00

Layover: must arrive before 5 pm and be approved by dispatcher: $150.00

Hourly Wait Time: $26.00/hour after two (2) hours

City Work: $1.44 per mile + $26.00 per hour

Training & Re-Training: $28.00 per hour

Uniform Allowance: $400.00 per year

Deductions

Skelton covers the cost of insurance however the owner operator is responsible for mandatory monthly WSIB Alternative $145-195 monthly), buydown insurance to bring your deductible down from $10,000 to $1,000) and quarterly licensing at $473 or $115 monthly.
