Duties

- Efficiently wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using appropriate cleaning methods
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen surfaces, sinks, and dishwashing stations to uphold health standards
- Sort and organize clean items for proper storage or immediate use in food preparation areas
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks when needed, supporting the culinary team in smooth operations
- Follow safety protocols related to food handling and sanitation to ensure a hygienic workspace
- Restock dishwashing supplies and ensure all cleaning equipment is functioning properly




- Support the overall cleanliness of the kitchen by participating in routine cleaning schedules and waste disposal

Experience

- Prior experience working in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with kitchen safety standards and basic food handling procedures is advantageous
- Experience with food preparation or cooking can be beneficial for understanding kitchen workflows
