Job Description

Do you enjoy meeting new people, working outdoors, and having a job where every day is different? Sol Roofing & Exteriors is looking for motivated and outgoing individuals to join our door-to-door marketing team in Calgary.

You’ll be representing a growing local roofing and exterior company while speaking directly with homeowners in Calgary neighbourhoods. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build communication, marketing, and sales skills while earning competitive pay.

Whether you're a student, looking for part-time work, or want to build experience in sales and marketing, we provide the training and support you need to succeed.

Requirements

- Must have a smartphone to use company applications
- Comfortable approaching homeowners and starting conversations
- Knock on doors and speak with homeowners in assigned Calgary neighbourhoods
- Individual access to a reliable vehicle




- Available 20–30 hours per week
- Available 5 days per week for 6–7 hour shifts
- Comfortable working outdoors in Calgary weather
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- No previous sales or roofing experience required

Compensation

- $20–$35/hour
- Full training and proven scripts provided
- Ongoing coaching from experienced canvassers
- Multiple training/coaching sessions each week
