Shack Shine is a premium home detailing company specializing in window cleaning, gutter cleaning, power washing, and professional Christmas light installations for high-end residential clients.

As Shack Shine continues to expand across the region, we are excited to take over operations in Newmarket and build a brand-new team! We are hiring a Lead Technician to manage daily field jobs and lead from the front alongside a partner technician.

This is a leadership role for someone who takes pride in quality work, enjoys working outdoors, and wants to grow into a long-term leadership opportunity.

No industry experience is required. We provide full training. What matters most is leadership ability, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

What you’ll do (Crew Lead Responsibilities)

- Lead and manage a two-person crew on residential job sites
- Deliver high-quality window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and power washing services
- Perform professional Christmas light installations during seasonal operations
- Communicate directly with homeowners to set expectations and ensure satisfaction
- Manage daily workflow, job pacing, and production efficiency
- Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment (Mercedes Sprinter vans)
- Complete invoicing and collect payments onsite
- Identify upsell opportunities and recommend services professionally
- Ensure all work meets Shack Shine brand and safety standards





You are the face of Shack Shine on-site and responsible for delivering a 10/10 customer experience.
