Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Leasing Manager to oversee the leasing and property management operations of our property management team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a comprehensive understanding of property management practices. As a Leasing Manager, you will play a crucial role in maximizing occupancy rates, enhancing tenant satisfaction, and ensuring the smooth operation of our leasing processes.

Duties

- Manage the leasing process from start to finish, including marketing available properties and conducting property tours for prospective tenants.
- Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
- Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities and tenant interactions using property management software being Buildium.
- Foster strong relationships with tenants through exceptional customer service and effective communication.
- Negotiate lease agreements and renewals while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.




- Collaborate with the maintenance team to address tenant concerns promptly and ensure properties are well-maintained.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about rental trends and adjust leasing strategies accordingly.
- Train and mentor leasing staff on best practices in customer relationship management, data entry, and office operations.

Skills

- Proven experience in property management with a strong understanding of leasing processes.
- Proficiency in property management software such as Buildium is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with tenants and prospective clients.
- Strong sales skills with a track record of successfully negotiating lease agreements.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional data entry abilities for maintaining accurate records.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for explicit interaction with tenants and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an office environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
