24 hour veterinary clinic located near Yonge & Bloor is currently looking for an experienced individual to help clean and disinfect the clinic.

This is a full-time position (37-40 hours per week). We are a 24/7 environment and do require flexibility with availability. There are a variety of shifts including evenings, overnights and weekends.

We are looking for team members who understands the importance and impact this role has on our patients as well as the owners that love them.

Duties include maintaining the facility and common areas by:

- Vacuuming and sanitizing floors
- Cleaning the kitchen and dishes
- Cleaning and disinfecting kitchen and washrooms
- Emptying garbage and other waste receptacles
- Dusting and sanitizing surfaces
- Maintaining our infection control standards
- Sterilizing and steam cleaning areas of the hospital
- Laundry
- Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

- Cleaning experience is preferred
- Ability to carry out intensive physical labour




- Comfortable working in a veterinary workplace and around animals
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to Detail
- Comfortable working with cleaning solutions and chemicals
- Follows direction and works well without supervision.
