Restaurant 18 in the ByWard Market is seeking to hire full-time and part-time Server Assistants (Busboys) to join our team. As a Server Assistant, you will work alongside our servers and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

- Clearing and resetting tables in a timely manner
- Assisting servers with delivering food and drinks to tables
- Preparing and restocking table settings and service stations
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining room
- Assisting with other duties as needed

Requirements:

- Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
