Your Tasks:

- Greeting and welcoming patients
- Coordinating patient bookings
- Answering phones and directing calls
- Assisting patients with queries (on the phone and in the office)
- Educating patients on product lines and procedures that we offer




- Other administrative duties as assigned

What we're looking for:

- Works well with others and is an active team player
- Attend work reliably with an energetic and positive attitude.
- Previous med spa experience.
- Customer service experience or MOA experience
- Work independently in a fast paced environment.
- A high level of professional manner, performance, and care in personal presentation.
- Full-Time/Part-Time
- Available weekends
