Busy Real Estate Office is currently looking to fill the role of Real Estate Conveyancer to join our collaborative and talented support team.

This is a part time permanent position that will work in our Real Estate Office and requires a Minimum of 2 years Real Estate conveyancing experience. Location of work will be Edmonton, South side

Responsibilities and Duties

You will be a key member of the Support Team by providing a wide range of conveyancing support. As the right candidate, you will have excellent attention to detail, time management and interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities essential to this position include:

- Oversee Legal Contracts and communicate with Agents
- Enter and Track all Real Estate Trades into paperless Computer storage system
- Calculate Real Estate Commissions and convey instructions to lawyers
- Assist with Commission Payouts, Depositing and payment of Trust Funds

Qualifications

- Two years’ conveyancing experience in Real Estate Conveyancing




- Experience with Lonewolf Software or similar Real Estate Brokerage Management software is an asset.
- Administrative Support and Data Entry experience required
- Previous Skyslope experience is an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft software including outlook, word, excel and teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational, technical, time management skills, flexibility and attention to detail are required
- Positive attitude and excellent ability to work independently with little supervision
