Junior HR & Recruitment Specialist

Coast to Coast HR | Remote, Canada
5–10 hours/week | $20–$25-hour

Coast to Coast HR is growing, and with an expanding client base, we’re looking for a Junior HR & Recruitment Specialist to support our smaller clients with their recruitment and day-to-day HR needs.

The Role

You’ll work directly with small-business clients and support a variety of HR and recruitment activities, including:

- Managing recruitment processes from job posting through hiring
- Resume screening and candidate interviews
- Candidate sourcing and communication
- Onboarding and employee documentation
- HR policies, letters, and general HR support
- Supporting employee relations and other HR matters as needed
- Providing professional and responsive support to clients

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum of 1-2 years experience or education in HR, recruitment, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently
- Professional and confident working directly with clients
- Strong attention to detail and discretion with confidential information
- A proactive,

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
