Responsibilities

- Provide a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, and makeup application with precision and care.
- Perform specialized services such as eyelash extensions, nail care, and hair styling to meet client needs and preferences.
- Engage with guests through personalized consultations to recommend appropriate treatments and products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and upsell retail items to enhance client results and satisfaction.
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Deliver outstanding guest services by creating a friendly, professional atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.




- Assist at the front desk with scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and managing client records efficiently.

Requirements

- Proven experience as an Aesthetician or in a similar beauty or skincare role.
- Solid customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and maintaining a hygienic work environment.
- Familiarity with retail sales techniques, upselling, and product demos.
- Ability to perform body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and hair styling.
- Excellent communication skills to connect with guests and understand their beauty goals.
- Hospitality-minded attitude with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.

Pay: $18.00-$36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
