Bartender / Server – Fred’s Italian

Fred’s Italian is looking for an experienced Bartender/Server to join our team!

We’re a neighbourhood restaurant serving contemporary Italian fare, with a focus on great food, drinks, and warm, genuine hospitality.

We’re looking for someone who is confident behind the bar and on the floor, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to create a great guest experience.

What You’ll Do:

- Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to our guests
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Guide guests through the menu and make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations
- Upsell menu items, cocktails, wine, and features naturally
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally
- Process guest payments accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and service area
- Work collaboratively with the FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth service
- Follow all food safety, liquor service, and sanitation standards

What We’re Looking For:

- Minimum 1 year of serving experience preferred
- Minimum 1 year of bartending experience preferred
- Valid Serving It Right certification




- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits
- Friendly and confident communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy services
- Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Reliable, positive, and team-oriented
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
