About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Associate to join a small, close-knit operation with a team of just five employees. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a family-oriented work environment, hands-on warehouse work, and a consistent Monday–Friday schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate propane forklifts safely and efficiently
- Load and unload materials
- Handle bags and materials weighing up to 60 lbs
- Perform frequent lifting and physical warehouse duties
- Complete paper-based inventory and warehouse paperwork
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and protected work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers as required
Qualifications
- Previous forklift experience and a valid forklift license/certification required
- Ability to safely lift and handle 60-lb bags
- Comfortable performing physically demanding warehouse work
- Good communication skills
- Professional and clean presentation
- Reliable and punctual
- Local candidates preferred
- Must be comfortable working around seeds, peanuts, and other similar products
