Job Description: As a Personal Insurance Broker at Jones Insurance Service Ltd., you’ll play a leading role in helping our clients protect what matters most to them. You’ll assess their insurance needs, provide ongoing expert advice, and tailor insurance solutions to fit their unique circumstances. Whether it’s home, auto, “toys” or personal liability coverage, you’ll be the trusted advisor they turn to.

Responsibilities:

- Talk to clients and prospects to understand their insurance requirements
- Analyze existing policies and recommend appropriate coverage enhancements
- Provide accurate quotes,



close new sales and explain policy details to clients
- Manage policy changes, endorsements, and renewals
- Assist clients with claims, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
- Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge

Qualifications:

- New Brunswick Insurance Broker license in good standing.
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Personal Lines Insurance Broker
- CAIB, CIP, CRM designations are not mandatory but preferable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficiency in Applied Epic BMS and Microsoft 365 are preferable
