About Tiger of Sweden

SlavinRaphael Retail Inc. is the Canadian retail partner for Tiger of Sweden, one of Scandinavia’s most respected contemporary fashion brands.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and fashion-focused Store Stylist / Sales Associate to join our Toronto retail team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys fashion, styling, sales, and building relationships with customers in a premium retail environment.

The Role

As a Store Stylist / Sales Associate, you will create an exceptional in-store experience by understanding each client's needs, providing personalized styling advice, and helping customers discover products that fit their individual style.

You will also be responsible for developing your own clientele, achieving individual sales goals, and contributing to the overall success and presentation of the store.

Key Responsibilities

· Welcome customers and deliver a warm, professional and premium shopping experience.

· Provide personalized styling consultations and product recommendations.

· Build and maintain strong client relationships and develop a personal clientele through follow-up and outreach.

· Meet or exceed individual sales, KPI and clienteling targets.

· Develop solid knowledge of Tiger of Sweden collections, product features, fit, craftsmanship and brand heritage.

· Process purchases, returns, exchanges, gift cards and other POS transactions accurately.

· Support visual merchandising and ensure the sales floor is presented to brand standards.

· Assist with receiving, processing and merchandising new inventory.

· Support stock replenishment, inventory counts and stockroom organization.

· Maintain a clean, organized and professional store environment.





· Support store events, promotions and marketing initiatives.

· Follow company procedures, operational standards and loss-prevention practices.

· Work collaboratively with the Store Manager and the rest of the retail team to achieve store sales and customer-service goals.

What We're Looking For

· Previous experience in fashion retail, luxury retail, sales or customer service is preferred.

· A genuine interest in fashion, styling and contemporary design.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Confident approaching customers and developing client relationships.

· Sales-oriented and motivated by achieving individual and team goals.

· Professional, dependable and positive.

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

· Able to work independently while also contributing as part of a team.

· Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
