Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CNC Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team! In this role, you will operate, set up, and maintain CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to produce precision parts and components. Your expertise in programming, mechanical knowledge, and attention to detail will drive quality and efficiency in our production processes. Duties
- Operate CNC machinery including milling machines and lathes to produce parts according to specifications.
- Program CNC machines using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) files and CNC programming techniques to ensure accurate machining processes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics for precise part fabrication.
- Set up machine tools, calibrate equipment using calipers and hand tools, and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal operation.
- Conduct quality control inspections throughout the machining process utilizing measuring tools such as calipers and gauges to verify dimensions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in the warehouse or manufacturing floor while adhering to safety protocols
Experience
- Proven experience operating CNC machinery such as CNC milling machines and CNC lathes in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong understanding of CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code) and familiarity with Fanuc controls or similar systems.
- Knowledge of blueprint reading, mechanical principles, and basic math skills essential for precise machining tasks.
- Ability to use hand tools, calipers, gauges, and other measuring devices accurately for quality assurance.
- Familiarity with CAD software like SolidWorks or similar programs for design review or modifications is advantageous.
- Prior exposure to quality control procedures within a manufacturing or machining setting is highly desirable.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
