Responsibilities:





- Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes curiosity and independence.
- Understand, implement and maintain compliance with BC’s childcare regulations
- Provide personalized instruction to support students' holistic development.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate progress to parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues and engage parents in their child's learning journey.
- Create a warm, welcoming classroom that inspires creativity and ownership.
- Stay updated on the latest early childhood education practices.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the facility
- Other duties as required

Requirements and Qualifications:

- Active and Valid Early Childhood Education Licence
- Infant Toddler licence is required
- First aid certification required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with young children
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet diverse student needs
- Montessori certification is considered an asset
