Job Description

Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Ensure the cleanliness of guest rooms, colleague service areas & corridors while adhering to hotel standards
- Making beds, changing sheets and towels
- Cleaning washroom facilities including toilets, bathtubs, sinks, mirrors, floors, bathroom fixtures and others as assigned
- Vacuuming floors, draperies and upholstered furniture
- Dusting of furniture and fixtures
- Stock guest room amenities
- Removal and sorting of linen, garbage and recycling
- Sort, collect, transport and process soiled linens and laundry according to hotel standards
- Operate laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, and other related equipment, as required
- Fold, organize and distribute clean linens,



towels and other laundry items to appropriate departments
- Inspect linens and laundry items for stains, damage or excessive wear and report issues to the Executive Housekeeper
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area and ensure proper handling and storage of laundry supplies
- Assist guests with concerns and requests in a timely manner
- Comply with all department policies, procedures, and service standards
- Follow and proactively promote all health and safety policies and initiatives
- Other reasonable duties as assigned

Job Type: Part time

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
