Job Description:
We’re seeking a creative, detail-oriented Charcuterie Artist to join our team full-time. This evening-only position is perfect for someone with a strong eye for presentation and a passion for food styling. You’ll be responsible for preparing and assembling beautiful, well-balanced charcuterie boards that reflect both quality and artistry.

Responsibilities:

- Assemble charcuterie boards with precision, creativity, and consistency
- Handle and prepare meats, cheeses, fruits, and accompaniments safely and hygienically
- Maintain proper stock rotation and inventory of perishable items
- Ensure all boards meet visual and portioning standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary prep space
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service teams

Requirements:

- Prior experience in food prep, catering,



or charcuterie design is a plus
- Must be available for evening shifts only, full-time schedule
- High attention to detail and strong aesthetic sense
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
