Customer Service Representative – Chevron Gas Station

Job Type: Full-time / Part Time
Pay: $18.25 per hour
Schedule: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, and Holiday shifts available

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Chevron gas station team. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service, operate the cash register, maintain a clean and organized store, and help create a secure and welcoming environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process cash, debit, and credit card transactions accurately.
- Assist customers with purchases and answer questions about products and services.
- Restock shelves, coolers, and merchandise as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor, restrooms, coffee station, and other store areas.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages, if applicable, following food safety standards.
- Monitor inventory and notify management of low stock levels.
- Follow company policies and safety procedures.




- Verify identification for age-restricted product purchases in accordance with applicable laws.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is an asset but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math and cash-handling abilities.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
