About the Role

We’re looking for a Drywall Foreman to lead and inspire a crew of 6–10 installers, framers, and finishers on major commercial projects. In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards, and serve as the key point of contact between the crew and project management.

What You’ll Do

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a crew of 6–10 installers and finishers
- Plan and coordinate daily work schedules to meet project deadlines
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Enforce safety standards and conduct toolbox talks
- Communicate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades
- Ensure top-quality installation, framing,



and finishing

What We’re Looking For

- Experience: 5+ years drywall installation/finishing + 2+ years as a foreman in commercial construction
- Education: High school diploma (apprenticeship or Red Seal certification is an asset)
- Certifications:
- Working at Heights (required)
- WHMIS (required)
- First Aid/CPR (preferred)
- Red Seal Carpenter/Drywall Finisher (asset)
- Skills: Strong blueprint reading, drywall/metal framing expertise, and team leadership
- Other: Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation; willingness to travel and work flexible hours
