Connect Employment Services supports adults living with an intellectual disability to work and participate in the community. We are currently hiring for a Full Time Direct Support Professional to support one of our clients in all his employment and personal wellness goals. Due to the nature of the client's work environment, this position requires extended daily periods of time outdoors all year long in all weather conditions, so dressing accordingly to inclement weather is an expectation.

Starting wage is $21/hr and this Full Time position come with a comprehensive benefits package including a cost-shared RSP Program.

Successful applicants must have their High School Diploma, some University- or College- level courses in the Social Services field,



and at least 1-2 years' experience working with adults living with an intellectual disability. Experience with personal care and difficult behaviors is beneficial. A clear Criminal Record Check, Clear Abuse Registries, as well as current CPR and First Aid certification are also required. A vehicle is required for this position with mileage paid for by the Employer.
