What We Offer

- Salary/Wage: $38-45 per hour
- Overtime: Paid after 8 hours daily / 44 regular hours weekly
- Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off. 11 hours per day

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Crew: Direct daily activities for skid steer operators and fence labourers.
- Safety First: Enforce pipeline safety protocols and lead daily morning toolbox meetings.
- Layout & Planning: Read project blueprints and precisely layout fence lines along the right-of-way.
- Logistics: Coordinate material staging and equipment placement to minimize downtime.
- Reporting: Complete daily progress logs, hazard assessments, and track crew hours.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 3–5 years supervising industrial fencing or pipeline civil earthworks.
- Tickets Required : PCST (Pipeline Construction Safety Training), H2S Alive, Ground Disturbance Level 2, Standard First Aid, WHMIS 2015, TDG





***Proof of minimum 8 panel Drug and Alcohol Clearance must also be provided

All tickets and time to complete tickets will be paid for by Homeland Fencing. Bonuses will be awarded for valid tickets that are already acquired.

- Driver's License: Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean commercial abstract.
- Fit for Duty: Must pass a mandatory pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage crew dynamics and solve in office problems quickly.

Work Conditions

- Must be physically fit and willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Expected to work long hours on remote pipeline terrain.
