Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Server to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service while taking food and beverage orders, delivering meals, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Duties

- Greet guests and provide a welcoming dining experience
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any requests or concerns
- Process payments and handle cash or card transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service




- Follow food safety and health regulations at all times
- Assist with side duties such as restocking supplies and preparing service stations

Requirements

- Previous serving experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for billing and cash handling
- Familiarity with POS systems is an asset
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
