Overview

We are seeking a ServiceNow Solutions Architect with CTA certification to provide technical leadership for a large enterprise ServiceNow transformation. The architect will define platform strategy, solution design, integration patterns, governance, and technical standards across multiple ServiceNow workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the overall ServiceNow architecture and technical roadmap.
- Design scalable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and business requirements.
- Provide architectural guidance across ServiceNow modules, integrations, data, security, and automation.
- Define CMDB architecture, data models, CI relationships, and governance.
- Design integrations with SAP Employee Central, Microsoft Teams, Power BI, Power Apps, UiPath, and other enterprise platforms.
- Provide technical direction for ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SIR, IRM, VR, SPM, CMDB, and RPA.
- Establish API and integration architecture using appropriate ServiceNow patterns.
- Review technical designs and guide development and implementation teams.
- Identify architectural risks,



dependencies, and opportunities for modernization.
- Ensure solutions meet ServiceNow standards for security, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Work closely with enterprise architects, business stakeholders, developers, and project leadership.

Required Qualifications

- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – Mandatory
- 10+ years of ServiceNow experience preferred.
- Strong enterprise ServiceNow architecture and implementation background.
- Experience across multiple ServiceNow modules.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow integrations, APIs, CMDB, security, and governance.
- Experience with complex enterprise transformation programs.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience with several of the following:

HRSD | ITSM | ITOM | ITAM | CMDB | SIR | IRM | VR | SPM | RPA

Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Discovery, SAM/HAM, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow/UiPath automation is an advantage.
