Who We're Looking For:

- Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario




- Solid knowledge of assessment and treatment techniques
- Excellent communicator and team player
- Eager to learn, grow, and make a lasting impact
- Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of clinical experience and strong hands-on skills

A Path to Leadership: Clinic Director, North York

As we continue to grow, we're also looking to bring a Clinic Director on board at our North York location — a leadership role for a therapist ready to take on more ownership over day-to-day clinic operations, patient care standards, and team development at their site, while continuing to treat patients.

What the role involves:

- Overseeing daily clinic operations and scheduling on-site
- Mentoring and supporting the clinical team, including onboarding and performance coaching
- Acting as the main point of contact between the clinic and ownership
- Upholding patient care and experience standards across the site
- Partnering with the Clinic Owners on growth initiatives at your location

Compensation: A stipend on top of your regular clinical pay, with additional upside tied to clinic performance. We'll walk through the full structure directly with anyone interested — whether you're joining us as a Physiotherapist now with an eye on this path, or ready to step into it sooner.
