We are looking for a reliable, hands-on, and customer-service-focused Maintenance Worker to join our hotel team.

Responsibilities

General hotel maintenance and repairs
Patching, drywall repairs and painting
Basic plumbing and electrical repairs
AC/heating troubleshooting
Repair doors, fixtures, furniture and other hotel items
Complete room maintenance and touch-ups
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
Keep work areas clean and secure
Work closely with housekeeping, front desk and management
Provide friendly and respectful service to guests
We Are Looking For Someone Who:

Has general maintenance experience
Has knowledge of drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical and HVAC/AC & heating
Is comfortable learning new skills
Has good communication and customer service skills
Is dependable, organized and takes pride in their work

Pay: $19.18-$22.00 per hour
