Overview

Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Machinist and become a vital contributor to precision production and quality craftsmanship. In this role, you'll operate and set up CNC machines, including lathes and milling machines, to produce complex components with accuracy and efficiency. Your machining expertise, combined with your ability to interpret blueprints and utilize CAD software, will drive the success of our manufacturing processes. Responsibilities

- Operate CNC lathe and CNC milling machines using Haas or Fanuc controls to produce high-quality parts.
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models to ensure exact machining.
- Program CNC machines through manual input or editing existing programs to meet project specifications.
- Use hand tools, calipers, power tools to perform setup, adjustments, and finishing tasks.
- Conduct routine machine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Follow lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
- Assist in assembly processes when required,

Requirements

- Proven experience operating CNC machinery such as CNC lathes and CNC milling machines with knowledge of Haas or Fanuc controls.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings accurately.
- Proficiency in CNC programming and familiarity with CAD software such as SolidWorks or other design tools.
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and adjustments during machining processes.
- Experience using calipers, hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and forklift operation is preferred.
- Knowledge of manufacturing best practices including lean manufacturing principles and safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
