Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Conduct routine facilities maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, reporting repairs, and ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Maintain cleanliness standards by adhering to established cleaning schedules and procedures
- Restock supplies in restrooms, break rooms, and other designated areas to ensure availability at all times
- Monitor the condition of the facility, identifying areas needing attention or repair and reporting issues promptly
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to create a secure environment for all staff and visitors
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed to uphold high standards of hygiene
Experience
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to report issues clearly and follow instructions accurately
