Crestview Group is seeking an experienced and dedicated Journeymen to oversee commercial electrical construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality control and following company policies and procedures. This role requires excellent communication skills and a thorough understanding of construction processes and safety regulations. Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs considered an asset.

Structed path to Foreman positions available for suitable candidates. Above industry pay structure and perks programs including health spending account.

RESPONSIBILITY & DUTIES:

Supervise, coordinate, and control a team of 4 - 7 workers at assigned worksites to achieve planned production rates in a safe, cost effective, and quality-focused manner. This is a working supervisor position and thus requires the incumbent employee to have equivalent knowledge and to perform the same activities as those being supervised.

The Journeyman must have the ability to understand how the job goes together and envision the work to be performed, including an awareness of difficulties that may be encountered.

Ensure sufficient labor, materials, and equipment is available to complete the planned work on schedule.

Direct the activities of all employees assigned to his responsibility.

Qualifications

- Wide-ranging familiarity of current Canadian Electrical Code.
- Valid class 5 driver’s license.
- Highly organized, detail orientated, and an ability to multi-task.
- Successful applicants may be required to provide a clean driver's abstract and be willing to complete a criminal records background check.
