We are seeking a Production Operator for our Chryso plant in British Columbia.

You will play a key role in our World Class Manufacturing (WCM) culture while ensuring we meet and exceed customer and business objectives.

This is an prospect to make a real impact in a dynamic environment.

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm
- Salary: $33.60 per hour

Job Summary

The person is responsible for safely performing manufacturing operations and related activities, including production processes, laboratory functions, shipping and receiving, warehousing, and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) activities as assigned by the Plant Manager or designee.

Responsibilities

- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Manufacture products to quality and production standards.
- Participate in safety programs and training.
- Support shipping, receiving, warehousing, and inventory activities.
- Perform preventive inspections and basic maintenance.
- Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
- Participate in 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support teamwork, coaching, and employee development.
- Other duties as assigned.

IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 to 5 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer use required.
- Strong commitment to EHS, quality and customer service.

- Forklift operating experience is required; certification is an asset.

- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are an asset.
- Strong reading, math, and technical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
- Additional post-secondary education or technical training is an asset.

Working Conditions

- Chemical manufacturing environment with exposure to industrial equipment, chemicals, noise, and varying environmental conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg).





- Ability to wear required PPE.

- Ability to work shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.

- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, snow, wind, and varying temperatures.

- Ability to climb stairs and ladders and perform physically demanding tasks.
