We are looking for a professional Line Cook who can help prepare meals as per our standard recipes. An individual who has experience in the food service industry and is committed to work days, evenings, and weekends as scheduled. The successful candidate will be responsible but not limited to, creating meal portions, preparing food, cooking meals, keeping a sanitized work area, and washing dishes.

Line Cook Duties

- Prepare basic components of each dish properly based on our recipe requirements.

Utilize our serving portion sizes and all basic meal prep procedures used in the kitchen.

- Ensure that the kitchen, all food prep areas and all food storage areas meet restaurant cleaning standards.
- Work with a team of cooks to do prep work for other shifts when needed and to be able to keep up with the fast paced kitchen environment.




- a year of cooking and kitchen experience that includes basic knife handling skills.
- Ability to work on your feet for six hours or more a day.
- basic level of professionalism and kitchen etiquettes.
- Able to follow basic instructions and work without supervision.
- Excellent verbal communication and organization skills.
