Are you a confident salesperson who enjoys talking to people, closing deals, and being rewarded for your performance?

We are looking for motivated and ambitious Sales Associates to join our growing team at a busy cell phone accessories kiosk.

This is a high-energy, sales-focused position. You will be expected to actively approach customers, create opportunities, recommend products, overcome objections, and close sales.

If you are someone who waits for customers to approach you, this position is not for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Proactively approach customers and create sales opportunities.
- Start conversations with customers and quickly understand their needs.
- Recommend the right products based on each customer's device and requirements.
- Sell phone cases, screen protectors, chargers, cables, accessories, and mobile devices.
- Upsell and cross-sell to increase the value of every transaction.
- Confidently explain product features, benefits, and promotions.
- Overcome customer objections and confidently ask for the sale.
- Consistently work toward and exceed sales targets.
- Build relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
- Keep the kiosk clean, organized, and professionally presented.
- Process sales transactions accurately.
- Stay knowledgeable about our products, promotions, and sales strategies.
- Work as part of a team while taking personal responsibility for your results.
