StretchLab is seeking a Sales & Guest Sales Specialist to assist with overall studio sales and customer service for our StretchLab Studio located in Calgary, at Glenmore Landing Shopping Center.

StretchLab is the industry leader in offering one-on-one assisted stretching. StretchLab has a team of expert practitioners from an array of related fields including – athletic therapy, kinesiology, massage therapy, and more – and provide guided 1-on-1 assisted stretching for people of all ages and abilities to help improve mobility/flexibility, prevent injuries, improve sports performance, and more. StretchLab currently has over 400+ locations open worldwide with continues to grow.

POSITION:

· The Sales & Guest Experience Specialist will help drive studio sales and memberships, while also troubleshooting member queries and providing a friendly customer experience. This role is comprised of 75% sales and 25% customer service.

Responsibilities:

● Daily outreach via phone calls to new warm leads and prospects that are interested in trying our services

● Provide overview of StretchLab service offering, book new customers for appointments and take payment via telephone

● Face-to-Face sales presentations in-studio to prospective clients at a consistent high standard

● Inbound call management

● Member assistance – aiding in booking appointments and making changes to schedule

● Front Desk management – welcome members to studio and process retail transactions

● Independently make decisions related to high level customer service

● Maintain cleanliness and organization of the StretchLab studio

● Enforce StretchLab policies and procedures

● Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible

● Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions

● Any other duties as assigned

Experience:




● 2+ years of retail sales experience (health & wellness or fitness industry preferred)

● Confident in making high volume of outbound sales calls and in person sales presentations

● Ability to work evenings and weekends preferred

● Ability to work independently and collaborate with other staff

● Ability to manage and drive revenue from both membership sales and retail

● Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email.

● Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment.

● Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment.

● An affinity and passion for fitness.

● Passionate about sales, especially in the context of helping others improve their quality of life

● Solid writing and grammar skills.

● Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

● Professional, punctual, reliable and neat.

● Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

● Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information.

● Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public.

● Proficiency with Computers and Studio software.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

● This position offers competitive base pay and commission opportunities bi-weekly per below

● Base Salary: $42,500 - $52,500

● Commission: $6,000 - $12,000

● Strong growth potential within the company (2 studios in Calgary and rapidly growing)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
