Medical Office Assistant – Pediatric Clinic (Part-Time)

We’re a modern, fast-paced pediatric clinic with a large, supportive team, looking for a Medical Office Assistant who enjoys working independently while still feeling connected to those around them.

This is a part-time position.

What you’ll do:

- Welcome and support patients and families with warmth and professionalism
- Manage scheduling, phone calls, and front desk coordination
- Maintain accurate patient records using Telus CHR EMR
- Support clinic flow and communicate effectively with physicians and team members

We’re looking for someone who:

- Is confident working independently and taking initiative
- Values being part of a collaborative, team-oriented environment




- Communicates clearly and kindly with both families and colleagues
- Brings a calm, organized presence to a rapid-paced clinic
- Has experience in a medical office (pediatrics is an asset, not required)
