Foreman Electrician / Lead Journeyman (309A) – Commercial Construction

Location: Cornwall, Ontario
Project Area: Eastern Ontario (within ~120 km of Cornwall)

We’re looking for a motivated electrician to join our team.

Our company specializes in commercial construction projects throughout Eastern Ontario, including school board work and institutional projects. We’re looking for either an experienced Foreman Electrician or a strong Journeyman Electrician ready to step into a leadership role. This role is ideal for someone who can lead a small to medium-sized crew, coordinate with the general contractor, and other trades, and keep projects organized and on schedule.

Pay & Advantages

- $43–$47 per hour depending on experience
- Experienced foremen earn $46+ per hour

What We’re Looking For

- Licensed Electrician (309A)




- Strong background in commercial construction
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Leadership ability or ambition to grow into a foreman role
- Willingness to travel to projects within 120 km of Cornwall
- Reliable transportation
- School board project experience is an asset
- Clean driver’s abstract and ability to pass a police records check
- Up-to-date construction training and safety certifications
- Professional attitude when working with clients, general contractors, and other trades
