Les shifts sont en general de 05h a 13h ou 06h a 14h, 4 à 5 jours par semaine.

Situé dans le Vieux-Montréal au Marché Bonsecours.

Les horaires de la boulangerie sont de 7 a 20h, 23h pendant l'ete, 7 jours sur 7.
