Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Commercial Insurance Account Assistant to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the vital link between clients and our insurance providers, ensuring seamless communication, accurate documentation, and exceptional customer service.

Whether new to insurance, or in the role now and want a change, or advancement. The position will be working with documents, learning the intrinsic details of an insurance policy and its wordings and help clients find the right coverage, and provide all the supporting support and documents they require.

Responsibilities

- Assist with managing existing commercial insurance accounts by providing excellent customer service and support.
- Work with team members on assisting there files as it relates to new business, renewals and administration.
- Create and organize neat and professional presentation folders




- Learn about new business situations, from the liability, vehicle, fleet and content/inventory and beyond.

Experience

- Prior Education background or actual Insurance background.
- CIP, or CAIB designations are not needed, but helpful.
- Willing to train a candidate looking for a career in this field.

Pay: $40,200.00-$60,000.00 per year
