Our Company is looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Full-Time Packaging Associate to join our warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing customer orders for shipment, inspecting products, packing items securely, applying shipping labels, and assisting with general warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Inspect products before packaging and report any visible issues
- Select appropriate boxes and protective packaging materials
- Print and apply shipping labels correctly
- Verify SKUs, quantities, and order details before shipment
- Ensure products are securely packaged to minimize shipping damage
- Organize completed orders for carrier pickup
- Assist with receiving and organizing incoming inventory
- Sort and maintain warehouse inventory when required
- Keep the packing and warehouse areas clean and organized
- Assist with basic product testing or preparation when required
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect products to management
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move boxes safely
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to follow packing, shipping, and warehouse procedures
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or packaging experience is an asset but not required
