Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Operator to join our team in the hospitality industry in a designated rural community. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management, guest services, and customer relations, staying near the Hotel permise is a huge plus. This role involves managing front desk operations, administration of the hotel and bar, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining smooth communication across various departments.

Duties

- Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and provide outstanding guest services to ensure a memorable stay
- Operate multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, adhering to proper phone etiquette
- Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, and special requests
- Do Housekeeping, coordinate maintenance, and be able to do minor maintance is a plus and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and billing details
- Address guest concerns promptly and effectively to uphold high standards of guest relations
- Support administration procedures as needed, ensuring accurate financial reconciliation of the hotel and realted departments.




- Uphold hospitality standards by providing friendly and efficient service at all times
- Being able to cook on low-key hours is a plus

Requirements

- Interested but with no relevant knowledge or experience can apply.
- It is best to have previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations.
- Solid customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential
- Experience in hospitality management or resort environments is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced workplace
- Professional appearance and demeanour required to represent the hotel positively
