About the Job

Job Type: Part time

Pay: $18.25/hourly + Gratuities

Job Overview:

As a Server/Host, you’re the heartbeat of Hello Nori. From the moment our guests walk through the door, you craft each moment with care, attention, and a genuine smile.



You’re part of a team that works together to deliver a memorable dining experience that keeps our guests coming back for more – more meaningful connections, unique drinks, and of course, more of our perfect hand rolls.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional service by anticipating guest needs and creating memorable experiences
- Demonstrate complete knowledge of menu items, restaurant policies, and service procedures
- Maintain a smooth service flow by taking orders, serving items, and setting and clearing tables
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with teammates and management
- Handle guest concerns quickly and efficiently, making sure every guest leaves happy

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant is an asset
- Passionate about great service and hospitality
- Valid responsible liquor sales and service certificate - Serving It Right (BC)
- Availability to work during hours of operation, including evenings and weekends
- Must be legally able to work in Canada
