Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled, versatile Machinist experienced in both CNC turning and milling operations. In this role, you will set up, program/edit, and operate multi-axis mills and lathes to produce high-precision, low-volume, and custom components.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up, adjust, and operate CNC milling machines and CNC lathes efficiently.
- Read and interpret complex engineering blueprints, process sheets, and GD&T; requirements.
- Work comfortably with Fanuc and Siemens controls (program editing, tool offsets, work coordinates).
- Perform first-off inspections using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, bore gages, height gages).
- Select proper tooling, feeds, and speeds based on material specs (steels, stainless, aluminum, alloys).
- Troubleshoot setup or machining issues and collaborate with team members to maintain high quality.

Qualifications & Skills





- 3+ years of hands-on CNC setup and operation experience in a precision machine shop environment.
- Proven versatility across both milling and turning platforms.
- Practical experience working with Fanuc and/or Tosnuc control interfaces.
- Solid working knowledge of blueprint reading, shop math, and GD&T; tolerances.
- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and safe work practices.
- Machinist certification, apprenticeship completion, or equivalent trade experience preferred.

- Day Shift: Monday – Friday
- Afternoon Shift: Monday – Thursday
