About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and physically capable Warehouse Associate to join our agricultural operations team. This role is primarily focused on bulk loading of agricultural product into sea cans (shipping containers) for export and distribution. This is hands-on, physically demanding warehouse work in an agricultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Load bulk agricultural product into sea cans safely and efficiently
- Operate loading equipment (forklift, pallet jack, conveyor, etc. — training provided if needed)
- Ensure proper weight distribution and load stability inside containers
- Inspect containers for cleanliness and damage prior to loading
- Maintain accurate loading counts and documentation
- Follow all warehouse safety protocols and PPE requirements
- Keep loading bays and work areas clean and organized




- Communicate with supervisors and logistics team on load scheduling

Requirements

- Previous warehouse, agricultural, or bulk loading experience is an asset
- Ability to lift and move heavy loads repeatedly throughout a shift
- Comfortable working in a dusty, grain/agricultural product environment

Pay: $21.00-$22.00 per hour
