Rallye Motors Hyundai is currently looking to add to our team and are looking for a Licensed Red Seal Automotive Technician to increase the horsepower in the shop.

The ideal candidate is fully licensed, is proficient in all automotive systems and can be a leader/mentor to the apprentices in the shop.

Work is Mon-Fri, 8-5 pm, you have your weekends to enjoy. All training is provided either online or in person at training facility.

We have long tenured technicians who enjoy making between 65-100k annually, which places them well above the average annual income in Canada. They enjoy the advantages of purchasing new trucks, cars, ATV’s, UTV’s, snowmobiles, and motorcycles all at employee pricing (which is at dealer cost)

With 12 automotive brands including Hyundai, Nissan, Chrysler, Dodge, Fiat, Ram, GMC, Chevrolet, Buick, Jeep, Mitsubishi, and Infiniti. As well as 17 Marine and Powersports brand including Yamaha, Polaris, Suzuki, Indian, Ducati, Triumph, BMW, Hisun, Slingshot, Four Wynns, Campion, G3, Nautic Star, Suncatcher, MasterCraft, Quick silver and Mercury.

Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair customer and internal vehicles providing “Fixed right the first time” mentality. Treating the customer’s vehicle as if it was your own or if you will be the next person to work on it.
- Keep proper notes and documentation on work orders, emphasis on the three Cs, Complaint, Cause and Correction.
- Keep a tidy work environment, your workbench and bay is your space. A clean space to start your day always starts better and provides better, cleaner work.
- Be punctual, arrive on time and punch on and off work orders at proper times.
- Learn, we learn everyday.



Cars will always show us something different from time to time. Be willing to learn and adapt to ever-changing technology.

Qualifications

- Valid Red Seal Automotive Technician license
- Strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in automotive repair
- Proficiency with electrical diagnostics and engine repair.
- EV training is preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and maintenance tasks
- Experience in a dealership setting is a plus
- Good customer service skills and the ability to speak to customer if needed to better explain repair recommendations over the advisor.
