Position Overview:
We’re looking for full time and part-time retail associates who are passionate about running. This role is perfect for someone who wants to share their love of running with others by helping customers find the right gear and engaging with the local running community.

About Us:
spry is an independently owned running, skiing, and hiking store in the Crowsnest Pass dedicated to helping our community find the right gear and enjoy being active in the mountains. We provide expert advice and an assortment of high quality running shoes, apparel, and gear for runners and active outdoor enthusiasts of all levels.

Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent in-store customer service
- Share your enthusiasm and knowledge of running, trail running, and outdoor gear
- Assist with inventory, merchandising, and daily store operations
- Support community events, races, and store promotions in collaboration with the internal team

Qualifications:

- Preferred: Active runner, trail runner,



and outdoor sports enthusiast with familiarity of running gear and culture
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented, energetic, and positive attitude
- Reliable and motivated, with a willingness to learn and grow within the role
- Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
