Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the counter and dining area.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Assist in food preparation as needed in the kitchen area.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Qualifications





- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as needed.
