This is a full-time in office role as a Dispatch Co-cordinator located in Calgary, AB.

The Truck Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating the transportation of goods and managing the schedules of truck drivers.

Schedule driver routes to ensure optimal utilization of manpower and equipment.

They will ensure timely deliveries, track shipments, communicate with drivers and customers, and maintain accurate records.

The role requires effective communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Should have working knowledge of product hauled, regulations and operating authorities.





Knowledge of cross border dispatching regulations and practices is mandatory.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and logistics
- Proficiency in using computer systems and transportation management software
- Minimum 2 years of prior experience in dispatching is Mandatory
