What the Job Looks Like

- Diagnosing and executing high-quality mechanical, structural, and general maintenance repairs across commercial and retail facilities.




- Operating independently on field assignments across Alberta with a focus on safety, efficiency, and clean workmanship.
- Communicating clearly with site managers and keeping simple, accurate digital logs of completed work.
- Maintaining tools, company vehicles, and equipment with professional care.

What You Bring to the Table

- Proven Field Experience: A solid background in commercial maintenance, facility repairs, or a related building trade.
- Work Ethic & Reliability: You show up on time, take ownership of your calls, and don't cut corners.
- Travel Flexibility: Willing and able to travel for scheduled jobs across Alberta (all logistics handled and covered).
- Valid Driver’s License: Clean driving record required.
- Physical Capability: Comfortable with standard commercial site demands (ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs, varied work environments).
- Certifications (Asset): Trade ticket (Journeyperson or Apprentice) or formal construction/maintenance credentials are a definite plus.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
