Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and versatile individuals to fill all positions for our Slant Rig operations. this is an exciting prospect to join a dynamic team dedicated to excellence in the oil and gas industry.

1000.00 Hiring bonus

2 weeks on, 1 week off schedule, Retention program, Retention quarterly cash bonus program, Instant benefits, Experience is a must, Top wages paid!!

Responsibilities

- Assist with rig setup, operation, and maintenance in accordance with safety standards and operational procedures
- Tripping tubulars
- Perform rigging tasks for lifting and securing heavy components safely
- Support the transportation of equipment via commercial driving as needed
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance




- Follow all safety protocols related to oil & gas operations, construction sites, and heavy equipment use
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve operational efficiency

Qualifications

- Mechanical knowledge with an understanding of heavy equipment operation
- Valid commercial driver’s license with experience in commercial driving preferred
- Knowledge of oil & gas industry practices and safety standards
- Service rig experience required
- Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities.
