AutoMind Squamish is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team full-time.

We are a manufacturer-certified collision repair facility for Toyota, Ford, Hyundai, Kia, and more, serving the Squamish community with professional collision repair and customer service.

Position: Full time Customer Service Representative
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wage: $22–$23 per hour, based on experience. Compensation will be reviewed and may be adjusted upon successful completion of the probationary period.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assist with their repair needs
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Coordinate vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups
- Provide customers with repair updates
- Assist with ICBC claims, documentation, and paperwork
- Coordinate with estimators, technicians, rental companies,



and insurance partners
- Maintain customer and repair files
- Help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience from start to finish

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Comfortable working with computers and office systems
- Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
- Automotive or collision repair experience is an asset, but not required
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Legally authorized to work in Canada

Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
